Nathan Cravens Builder has been remodeling homes and businesses in the Bluegrass for 10 years. NCB has had the privilege of working in personal homes, horse farms, and local businesses. Nathan Cravens Builder is a member of the Home Builders Association of Lexington, Home Builder Association of Kentucky, and National Association of Home Builders. In addition to these associations, we also serve on the Remodelers Council and the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Lexington.

Nathan Cravens Builder enjoys giving back to the community through many volunteer projects. The company has built playhouses for the Shriners Children’s Hospital, Casa for Casa, and the Ronald McDonald House. Nathan Cravens Builder has also received a Mayoral Award for their remodeling work on the Coleman House. They also participated in building Lexington’s My Old Kentucky Home Remodel and annual participation in Repair Affair

Nathan Cravens is a lifelong resident of Lexington. He has grown up learning all facets of the building industry as he is a third generation builder. After college in 1998, he steered away from new construction and started remodeling with Nathan Cravens Builder. He is also a licensed realtor with Cravens Realty which helps in understanding the market value. On a personal note, he spends his free time with his wife and two sons.

Adam T. OʼNan is also a lifelong resident of Lexington. While attending the University of Kentucky, Adam received a bachelor's degree in Financial Planning in 2001. Always having a passion for the building industry, Adam joined the team of Nathan Cravens Builder in 2003. For the past five years, Adam has dedicated his life to the remodeling industry. He strives to give his clients quality craftsmanship and personal attention to design. Adam is also a devoted husband and father to his two young daughters.
